Miami Beach Senior High School designed by the Miami architectural firm of Zyscovich, Inc. with Basulto & Associates, Inc. as the MEP engineering consultant. Rene I. Basulto is the MEP engineer of record for the multi-phase project completed in 2010. The design called for the complete replacement of the 1960 campus with 10 new buildings, the renovation of an additional three buildings, a new 1200 ton central chiller plant, new site electrical substation, power generation and distribution, domestic and fire water distribution system; all while more than 2300 students were on campus attending class.
